Ethics & Compliance

Pioneer will compete based upon its product advantages.  Pioneer devices and instruments are easier to use, provide excellent therapeutic benefits and are less expensive.

This manual defines and describes the Pioneer Ethics Program.  Enforcing the program shall be the responsibility of every employee, distributor, vendor and customer associated with Pioneer.  Oversight of the program starts with the Board of Directors who designated the Compliance Committee as the policy making body for ethical issues.  The Administration shall uphold the mandates of the Compliance Committee through the Compliance Officer.

Ethical conduct shall be maintained by strict adherence to the letter and spirit of the Ethics Program.  Regular education and training will be provided to assure high levels of sensitivity to acceptable and unacceptable conduct.

To ensure compliance, multiple checks and reviews of day-to-day activities shall be the obligation of the Compliance Officer.  Additional information gathering shall be accomplished through the availability of a Hotline and electronic messages through the Company Website.  Encouraging reports shall be accomplished by providing confidential and/or anonymous communications with those who have information about violations or potential violations.

The Ethics Program defines what Pioneer will do, what it will not do, how the program will be organized and how it will be conducted.  It is supported at the highest levels of the Company.  After reviewing this manual, if any questions remain, please contact the Compliance Officer.
